The Honourable Dr. James B. Webber
James is the exemplar of both sage and practitioner -- what every new educator or consultant should aspire to become. He is also a master facilitator (with a sense of humor) who now helps others design sessions. James was instrumental in the genesis of the Higher Order Thinking (HOT) Program. He now helps others along the journey to post-retirement contribution and self-efficacy. Lenn has worked closely with the Novokowsky Consulting Group since his retirement from an executive role in the energy industry. In conjunction with the Novokowsky Consulting Group he has developed numerous frameworks based on the principles of Higher Order Thinking (HOT) and Systematics. The most notable framework is prescriptive in describing how individuals can improve performance across multi-dimensional aspects in both their personal and professional lives. This same framework can also be used by organizations to enhance the collective performance of the organization, again across multi-dimensional aspects.
